Drowning in Dreams (Red)

I created this image in the style of HR Giger, drawing on inspiration from The Matrix as well as The Borg from Star Trek. I wanted to make a contrast between the dystopian scene of cybernetic intrusion and the serene look on the girl's face. I imagine she is lost in virtual dreams oblivious to the way the machines have violated her body. This was created in ZBrush and Maya, rendered in Redshift. This is a variation with a different angle and a more reddish hue.
